NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LAND USE BYLAW NO. 1012/DEV/2024
Pursuant to Section 606 (2) of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000 being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 1012/DEV/2024 for an amendment to the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 Land Use Bylaw No. 876.
The proposed amendment will redistrict lands legally described as part of Part of SE-22-82-4W6 from Agricultural Conservation District (AG-1) to Country Residential District (CR), as shown on the attached Notice of Public Hearing.
The Public Hearing is to be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, September 10, 2024
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Council Chambers, M.D. of Fairview No. 136 Council Chambers, located at 10957-91ST Avenue, Fairview, Alberta.
The proposed Bylaw may be viewed at the Municipal Office during regular office hours or online at www.mdfairview.com.
