Subdivision and Development Appeals
Decisions of the Development Authority and Subdivision Authority may be appealed to Peace Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (PRSDAB), except for those decisions that are within the jurisdiction of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) pursuant to the Municipal Government Act.
The PRSDAB is an independent, quasi-judicial regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board that includes members from all participating municipalities and is established by Bylaw No. 961/DEV/2019.
