Member-at-Large Application

The Municipal District of Fairview No. 136 is seeking Members-at-Large for the following boards:

  • Fairview Library Board
  • Fairview FCSS Board
  • Local Assessment Review Board
  • Composite Assessment Review Board
  • Subdivision & Development Appeal Board

Applications will be accepted until November 8, 2024.

To apply, either complete the Member-at-Large Application and submit to the Municipality by email to mdinfo@mdfairview.ab.ca or by fax to 780-835-3131; or,
