Property Tax REMINDER From:
The Municipal District of Fairview No.136
Property owners within the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136, please take notice that property taxes for the taxation year 2024 were levied to your property, and Property Tax Notices were mailed on June 19, 2024.
Property tax payments were due on July 31, 2024. A 2% penalty has been applied to all outstanding balances and will continue to be applied monthly on any remaining balances. At January 1, 2025, unpaid taxes will be considered arrears, as defined by the Municipal Government Act.
If you are the titled owner of a property within the MD and did not receive a tax notice, please contact the MD office to request a copy. Please note that failure to receive a tax notice does not exempt you from the obligation to pay your taxes.
