Such an appeal shall be in writing stating grounds for the appeal and delivered personally or by registered mail no later than 21 Days after the Date of Decision and addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipal District of Fairview No. 136. A fee of $150.00 per appeal shall apply.
